Bowen-NST therapy is not massage, chiropractic, or acupressure, but rather a system of stimulating body reflexes. Simple yet precise firm elegant moves are made across fascia surrounding the muscles, including nerves and connective tissue. This gentle contact stimulates yet relaxes and elongates the muscles allowing more freedom of movement and causes the neuromuscular system to reset all related tension levels, promoting natural healing. There is often a pause between a series of moves allowing the brains neurotransmitters to read, integrate and respond to the stimulations applied.

Williamstown Reflexology was established by Lidia Lipic who has always wanted to help people using natural and non-invasive methods of healing. Delivering over 9 years of experience of effective, high quality therapies.
After specializing her studies in Reflexology and graduating as an Advanced Practitioner of Reflexology from the highly regarded ASRR she then went on to study Bowen through Bowtech "the original method" and has also graduated in Bowen–NST "the further (advanced) form of Bowen Therapy.
Lidia also has experience in different types of Reflexology including Auriculotherapy (also called Reflexology for the Ears).
Lidia practices Reiki I & II, Indian Head Massage, Ka Huna (Hawaiian body massage), and holds 2 Certificates in Professional Ear Candling.
