What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy has evolved out of ancient healing traditions that recognize the body’s inherent ability to heal itself. It takes a holistic approach which aims to restore health and wellbeing to the body by stimulating this curative power. A diverse range of healing modalities are employed, e.g. herbal medicine, nutrition, diet management, iridology, flower essences, and lifestyle techniques, in order to treat the whole person, rather than targeting the symptoms alone.
One of naturopathy's basic principles is that FOOD IS MEDICINE. Nourishing our bodies with food that is both nutritious and therapeutic, and eliminating or at least reducing foods which are degenerating, depleting and harmful to the body can improve or even eliminate many health conditions. Sarah focuses heavily on diet in her treatment plan.

Initial Consult (45min - 1hr) $65
Follow up Consult (20-30min) $50
