Welcome to Crystal Eyes
My name is Raquel and after the tragedy of losing my mother at a young age I became drawn to discovering spirituality and rediscovering myself. It was through this journey that I began to see my mother’s passing as a blessing and not a tragedy. I began to question why certain life skills and wisdom were not part of my education as a child.
This unanswered question became a spark that ignited my passion for working with others to help them discover their inner self and heal their past. I want to enable others to live an empowered positive life.
In my spiritual journey I discovered Holistic counselling and though my study I learned the healing art of Children’s Whispering.
A Children’s Whisperer is focussed on enabling the Higher Self of the child to heal them by understanding where the child is on their journey by connecting to and understanding the subtle language of vibration and symbols.
By helping and supporting children we make their lives easier, teaching them life skills and working through any concerns or fears they have now enabling them to live to their full potential.
Childhood experiences tend to have lasting effects on us as adults, in areas such as personal identity, relationships, family and career. If we give the child the opportunity to heal we can prevent them from carrying limiting behaviours, beliefs and patterns through their adult lives.
Holistic counselling looks to your whole being and well-being rather than just focussing a particular physical, mental or emotional state. One of the benefits of holistic counselling is a feeling of self-empowerment where we are able to take responsibility, accept ourselves, and find the courage to make positive changes in our lives.
My work has given me a deep appreciation of the entire family unit. I see the wellbeing of the parents and child as my ultimate goal.

My flexibility as a counsellor allows me to work with adults as well as children. My process involves techniques such as drawing, painting, sand play, story telling and meditation to utilise your creativity to build your self esteem and enhance your self worth.
