With Osteopathy the practitioner will assess the whole body to determine if there is any aspect of 'dysfunction' and from this attain a treatment and management plan thereof to resolve the dysfunction so to improve your general health. This is achieved by a variety of techniques that the Osteopath will have, whether this being soft tissue massage, Cranio-Sacral, articulation, muscle energy, balance ligamentous tension and manipulative techniques. Each Osteopath works in their own unique way using these varied techniques to achieve the same results - which is less pain, improved function and mobility and general well-being.
