What is Kinesiology?
Nowadays there are many options for gaining health and wellness. One choice is kinesiology which is all about getting better. Kinesiology is a fascinating technique that can be traced to ancient Egyptian and Chinese healing practices.
It is natural health care which uses the technique called "muscle monitoring" together with the principles of wholistic medicine. The muscles become the monitors of stress, negativity and imbalance in the body and assess the energy flow within the body's functions. Muscle Monitoring identifies the necessary healing strategies that overcome the problems limiting your life. The process removes blockages and brings wellness and fulfilment.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed. Energy can only be transformed. Kinesiology is the science of transforming the negative into the positive to restore wellbeing.
Just as power runs through the electric cord to the kettle, so do we have a power grid (meridians) within our bodies conducting energy to all muscles, organs, tissues, and nerve fibres.
The muscles integrate with the central nervous system to provide feedback from the subconscious, revealing the truth of your body's needs.
Its objective is to achieve integration and balance of your body, your mind, and your Essential Self.
