Individual sessions are affordable and readily available. Usually coaching is over the phone, however some people prefer to be in person, or at least for the first session, so that we can meet and check each other out for rapport.

LIFE COACHING
Life Coaching is generally over the telephone and helps you, listening, communicating, clearing with Cosmosis. A good commitment to yourself would be to have weekly phone appointments. They are usually 30 - 45 minutes.
I am available to discuss your needs initially during a free telephone consultation, to connect and get to know each other and whether we can work together for your benefit. You must feel very safe and comfortable with me and make a commitment to yourself if you feel you are stuck and need help and support.
MENTORING
To be mentored rather than be lifecoached, as mentoring is different to life coaching, I will explain it to you.
A mentor lifecoach offers and shares wisdom and suggestions as the need arises. Coaching is conducted usually without the coach leading the client in any direction. At times this can be a slower journey and wise input helps shortcut the progress, if that is how you would prefer the sessions to run.
COSMOSIS MEDITATION GROUP CLASS
Tuesday night - Ferntree Gully, from 8 - 9.30.
Learn how to meditate, listen to Michael & Linda King from the Insight Foundation meditation discourse cds, watch Michael's dvds, enjoy sharing and discovering yourself. You will become authentic, a real person, knowing yourself and finding self love.
LAUGHTER CLUB FERNTREE GULLY
The Laughter Club Ferntree Gully meets at 10am on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at the rear of the Ferntree Gully Community Centre and Library, which is 1010 Burwood Highway, Ferntree Gully. Everyone is welcome and it is a wonderful group activity and a free one, as it is a wonderful thing to share laughter with other people. We come together to laugh and connect with our hearts.

MY BACKGROUND
Personally:-
I am a mother of five, grandmother of six and have been married for 23 years. I am an animal lover, breed rabbits and budgies and grow bonsais. Love to walk and go to Curves gym, to help keep myself fit.
My background has been that I have been meditating since I was 20, starting out at the Gita School of Yoga, with Margrit Segesman in 1983.
I have been searching and learning my entire life and feel that my own life experiences validate my ability to serve you, as I walk my talk.
Professionally:-
My professional experience has been in admin and secretarial roles and thereafter, in running a small business with my husband. This business was Blackburn Acquarium, which together, we built into a thriving, successful business, throughout hard financial times, we continued to grow, as we provided our customers with good products and good service.
