Hi I'm Fran and at my practice my number one priority is for you to feel relaxed and confident as we work together with your injury, muscular aches, headache or emotional stress from everyday events be it family, work, sports or friends.
You'll want to get back to doing things we all take for granted and when the activities you are used to doing can't be done it can be very frustrating and that is where massaging can help whether it be for pain relief, muscular tension or relaxation, a massage will help to decrease pain, stress, scar tissue and adhesions, help eliminate waste from your body, stimulate blood flow, help with flexibility, greatly assist your emotional well being, make you feel great and better able to take control of your life again.
By using correct massage techniques combined with a blend of pure essential oils that are suitable for your particular needs I will endeavour to help you on your road to recovery leaving you feeling stronger and better able to minimise future problems.
