About Julie Kay
Julie is an accomplished Author, Metaphysical Teacher and Speaker. Julie has dedicated her life to share her experience and deliver the teachings to empower and inspire others to awaken the soul's journey and undertake their own healing and follow their own personal legend.
Life experience being the greatest teacher, Julie's personal story is of triumph over depression, anxiety, sexual abuse as a child, severe lack of confidence and a marriage breakdown. Julie empowered her own evolution to self to become the inspiring entrepreneur of today and has the teachings to help others do the same.
Some of her credentials include; DLF Therapy Founder & therapist, cert. 4 Trainer and Assessor, qualified massage therapist, qualified Tesol teacher, qualified fitness leader and sports trainer. She is also undertaking a diploma in Professional counselling.
Julie has had the ability to see people who have passed since childhood. Julie had shut this ability down due to lack of support, disbelief and ridicule. The death of a friends baby in 1989 bought her abilities back into light and she decided to follow the path of psychic re-discovery and self understanding.
Julie is the mother of three children Kirby 19 Darryl 16 and Jasmine 14 (2007). She resides on the North Coast of Australia and travels nationally and internationally to share her message and teachings.

Which religion? Does it really matter? Often we forget the true essence of all religion and that is to live it through; Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Faith. Live it, and not just preach about it.
In today's society our lives have become complicated. We become too busy, too stressed and too tired to focus on our spiritual growth. If we could just realise, the peace to our lives that spiritual connection can bring.
When I channelled DLF Therapy I kept getting the message "It must be kept simple". Connecting to the Divine Life Force Energy is simple. We make it complicated through our minds; the Divine makes it accessible through our hearts.
My desire is to make sure that DLF Therapy Workshops are accessible to everyone who wishes to connect and feel the true inner peace that I have found. It is about connecting you to the Divine Life Force Energy. I call this energy God; you may wish to refer to it as per your own belief. There is and can only be one true Creator. No matter what you call it (God, Universe, spirit, White Light, Buddha or the divine), or how your worship it, your spiritual growth and evolvement is as simple as endeavouring to live by its true meaning.Julie
