Mojo, as a leading strength & conditioning coach, has acquired the knowledge and skills to apply and design programs, training sessions and athlete performance schedules including basic and advanced training principles, variables to mentally and physically prepare beginner and elite athletes to improve their sporting performance.

ABOUT MO

Mo Fajajo has been involved in sport for over 15 years as an athlete and trainer at the amateur and elite level. Having learnt the most modern techniques, Mo has gained the best theoretical and practical experience that can be suited to people of all training types. Having attained his Fitness Specialist Diploma, Mo is now gaining recognition in Strength & Conditioning, a whole new way to train people of all levels.

Mo Fajajo's philosophy is simple. 'Life is what you make of it' and believes fitness is a gradual progression that needs dedication, motivation and inspiration. Mo also believes that fitness and training should be available to people of all walks of life and nothing is more important in life than a healthy satisfying lifestyle and well being.
