Dr. Michael Houghton has combined his knowledge of chiropractic, psychology, and yoga to offer a unique style of health and well-being management.

By practicing yoga in a heated environment, a person is able to more easily and safely open up the soft tissue and joint structures of the body.
At the same time the special heated environment stimulates general body organ function. As the heat thins down blood and stimulates the cardiovascular system, the flow of oxygenated blood perfuses more deeply into tissues and organs to heal and restore the body.
In addition the heat causes profuse sweating leading to a general detoxification process. The heat also stimulates the general performance of the body's immune system.
