This treatment begins by using “Luk Pra Kob”. This aromatic Thai herbal ball is heated and used on the body as a poultice. The warmth of the ball helps to ease muscle tension and increase blood flow, whilst the special blend of Thai herbs are infused into the skin, followed by the Siam massage.

This Thai inspired massage is an ancient method of aligning and balancing the energies of the body. The technique uses firm thumb and palm pressure on your trigger points, along with relaxing firm, kneading strokes and some stretching movements.

SHIRODHARA

You will enter a deep state of relaxation with specialist marma point massage to your face, head and neck, followed by a caressing, slow stream of warm sesame oil over your third eye. This treatment soothes away emotional tension and reinforces positive energy flow. As a traditional ayervedic practise, the oil is worked through your hair to nourish and continue the journey to the deepest state of relaxation.

BUDDHA’S FOOT

This treatment is done in our beautiful, relaxing pods. After selecting the aromatherapy of your choice, your feet will be soaked and exfoliated with salts your therapist will massage and pamper tired achy legs and feet. INDIAN HEAD & SHOULDER MASSAGE

ENERGY LEG RELIEF

This anti fatigue leg treatment is fantastic for tired heavy legs, and swollen feet. Your therapist will massage your legs with specific cream, compression bandages will be applied infusing essential oils into the skin. Enjoy a scalp massage whilst the bandages are on finishing with a drainaging and relaxing massage, leaving your legs refreshed and lighter. Especially effective for pregnant woman.
EAR CANDLING

CUPPING

This treatment is for anyone who has serious muscle tension. A partial vacuum is created within the cup, this draws up the underlying muscle tissue. Cupping has been found to affect the body up to 4 inches into the tissue, allowing the tissue to release toxins and activate the lymphatic system it also aids with stretch marks. Cupping is the best deep tissue massage available.
