Thorough measurements including breadths, widths, girths, and skinfolds, give a total body composition that can be used to measure the effects of an exercise program. Body mass alone is not a clear indicator of the effectiveness of an exercise program. Body Composition Assessment is ideal for a variety of athletes as well as the general population.
