SERVICES
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of body work based on the holistic systems of Traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine. Shiatsu is an excellent way to maintain good health.
A Shiatsu practitioner uses touch to create a smooth flow of Ki (energy) and Blood throughout the body, allowing the body to rebalance and heal itself.
Each treatment is unique depending on your constitution and needs. The practitioner may use palm, thumb, elbow and foot pressure as well as joint rotations, rocking and stretching techniques.
Sessions are generally deeply relaxing and leave people with a feeling of well being.
Shiatsu is performed fully clothed on a futon.
Treatment is $70 per hour, concession rates are available.
