Specialising in stress management, women’s health, natural fertility, IVF support, menopause. Initial consultation includes a detailed medical history, holistic diagnosis and acupuncture treatment. A course of acupuncture generally consists of between 6 and 10 sessions.
The emphasis is on strengthening and harmonising the overall Qi (subtle energy) and the flow of Qi in the body. Although thoroughly trained and well-versed in TCM and acupuncture, Judy integrates these ancient traditions with modern transformational processes in her sessions.

In the meditation sessions, Judy provides practical guidance on physical alignment, grounding and the function of the rhythmic flow of the breath. Simple qigong exercises are taught periodically. |
