Kim White has been on an incredible journey to self discovery upon crying out one night for help when everything looked bleak. Her call, like all others, was answered immediately by her guardian angel. Life has never been the same.
“I had been spending a lot of time alone, not sure what I wanted,” Kim recalls. “I went to bed in the wee hours one morning and stared at the ceiling, my mind still full of ‘Poor me, no-one loves me’. Tears were running uncontrollably down my cheeks.”
That was when she had her angel awakening. She called out for a guardian angel to help her and suddenly her room was bathed in a brilliant, beautiful light.
Now Kim lives her life in love and sends healing rays of light and love wherever needed. The spiritual path Kim walks and now share and guides many along their own inner journey. She trusts and uses her angels in her daily life, she has been opened up to using her god-given gifts to healing and all-encompassing love and she loves to share her knowledge, from working with the angelic realm as well as ascended masters. She passes on all her angel guidance and the knowledge that comes her way to all that are guided to her and are willing to also open up to their God light self. Master and teacher of the Usui Reiki healing method, is just one of Kim's passions and it has brought much joy, love and enlightenment to both her and her students.

Many students from Kim’s Journey to Self Discovery course report similar successes. The weekly classes focus on using each individual’s highest good in the name of love in order to change to a more positive life. It is about bringing the spiritual light being self into balance with the physical life. The classes look at self analysis, intuition, positive energy, forgiveness, anger release, the chakra system, visualization, breathing, intention, meditation, angels, and energy healing and psychic exercises. The course is also complemented by ongoing monthly get-togethers for continuing mediation and chakra energy rising.
Kim also offers private, one-on-one healing sessions where all her gifts are used in the channeling of healing energy for the highest levels to release old blocks in the emotional layer of a person’s Auric body so they can let go and move forward. It is about cutting attachments and cords that hold people back and breaking the cycle that prevents them from moving forward. Past loved ones may come through the healing process and clients may receive guidance from their higher selves and angels. “It is an amazing experience where words cannot be expressed to fully explain the experience as it is on a highly personal level to each client,” Kim says.
Kim’s passion is also directed towards helping children, opening a child’s natural abilities by enhancing their gifts in life and balancing their spiritual and physical being. It helps them achieve their daily goals via visualisations and teaches them how to use their self healing abilities in daily life as well as understanding and releasing hurtful daily events as they journey to self discovery in a safe, calm, loving environment. Reiki Is a spiritual practice developed by Mikao Usui. Reiki originated from Japan. Reiki is a natural form of healing. It is applied through non-invasive touch. This form of therapy aims to increase energy levels and promote relaxation and wellbeing. The underlying philosophy of Reiki is that if a person’s life force energy is low, they are more likely to be stressed or unwell. The higher our life force the more energy and vitality we have to being happy and well. Reiki will help the energetic body to bring about the ability for the body to heal itself. Reiki can be used in your daily life – everyone can be taught to be able to understand and be Reiki for their own health and wellbeing.

At first level (Shoden) there are 4 attunements. Some people believe that each of the 4 attunements empowers a different “body” or aspect of our being: the physical, the mental, the emotional, and the spiritual.
My first Reiki Master, taught me that the:
- First attunement opens the Heart Chakra.
- Second attunement opens the Throat Chakra
- Third attunement opens the Third Eye Chakra, also known as the Centre of Higher Consciousness and Intuition.
- The fourth attunement opens the Crown Chakra, which is our connecting link with the Spiritual Consciousness. This final attunement seals the channel open, so you can transmit the Reiki energy permanently.
The attunement aligns and opens up energy channels which allow the student to begin channelling Reiki energy to assist them in raising their vibrations. They can also lay their hands on other people, animals, plants, crystals, earth, rocks or anything else their imagination comes up with - and the Reiki flows.
Students are encouraged to do Gassho and repeat the Five Precepts every morning and every evening. It is also beneficial for students to give themselves a Reiki treatment every day.

This level is considered "the deep inside": It takes us deeper into the individual aspects of the energy we call Reiki.
Students are given Kotodama and the symbols. They are encouraged to practise each Kotodama on an individual basis for many days, until they intuitively feel “close to the energies”. Students are also encouraged to practise with the symbols and begin using both the Kotodama and symbols while giving Reiki to themselves and also to others.
At second degree students learn to connect with other beings by realizing the Oneness of all life and by putting this into practice while doing distant healing. In Japan, it was common for a student to work as long as 9 months at becoming intimate with the different energies and the consciousness of Oneness.
Students are given exercise/techniques for increasing their capacity and understanding for the Reiki energies.
Students receive Reiju (attunement/initiation), which indicates they have reached the second level.
My first Reiki Master, taught that ‘attunements’ at this level affect the Third Eye or Sixth Chakra greatly, which often heightens the intuitive abilities of the student.
*REIKI LEVELS COURSES*
Reiki Level 3 : Third Degree
At this level students are given Reiju/attunement which indicates they are at the third level. In the Western Reiki, this is considered Reiki Master, though we now know that it is a life long process (or many lives) to “Master” these energies and this next step is only the beginning of the process. For me this level means the student is highly focused on achieving personal perfection and continues to grow and practise with the Five Precepts.
If you are considering becoming a Reiki Master I encourage you to meditate for many days on what this means to you. One can actually be a “Master”, for the learning is great and is never ending.
The student is taught the process of the Reiki attunement, as well as the practise of giving Reiju.

I have and continue to learn so much from Kim and walk away from each class feeling that I could achieve anything in life by not placing limitations on myself. Kim has helped me to grow spiritually and therefore living a more authentic life. Thank you Kim for being such a wonderful mentor to so many.

I met Kim White when I joined the Awakening with Angel’s group about 5 years ago. I was at the start of my healing journey, feeling very emotional and confused in my life. My first impression of Kim was that it was like meeting an angel; she was and still is so full of Love and Light. Our group met each week and enjoyed a variety of healing modalities. I remember the first night, we all had to look in the mirror and tell ourselves that we loved ourselves. What a great start, than onto Chakra clearing, Reiki, guided meditations, and with Kim’s guidance I started to heal some of the hurt in my life.
That was followed by Kim teaching me Reiki in a weekend course. I attended one on one healing sessions with her, where I learnt to forgive my past, heal and move forward. I have had a number of personal healing sessions with Kim, and she has a beautiful way of bringing up whatever needs to be seen or said without judgment and I give credit to Kim and her work in helping me be the person I am today. Someone who loves life, is more confident and most importantly I love the person I am.
I still attend a group that meets with Kim each week to enjoy meditations and share stories about our lives and healing journeys. With the knowledge I have gained from Kim I have helped others on their healing journey and continue to learn about myself.

Hi Kim, You were interested to share my experience when you did Reiki on me at the evening course
I attended. I was in an emotional place at the time you offered to do the Reiki healing. When you
placed your beautiful healing hands over my eyes I had the most beautiful vision of my third eye, it
moved from being a dark shadow to clear form it was so magical for me I hoped you wouldn’t move
your hands as I didn’t want the visions to end. I never thought I would ever see this vision.
