Bowen /NST $50
Bowen is a dynamic, remedial body technique, that is extremely gentle and very relaxing. It empowers the bodys own healing resources achieving balance and harmony, resulting in fast and lasting relief from pain and discomfort.
Cupping 1hr $50
Cupping refers to an ancient Chinese practice in which a cup is applied to the skin and the pressure in the cup is reduced (by using change in heat or by suctioning out air), so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup. This procedure is painless and extremely effective, commonly after treatment patients claim they now have a feeling of lightness and flexibility in the formely painful area .
Ear Candling $40
A heat vacuum is created, drawing material from the ear up into the candle, where it is then evaporated in the flame. Candling provides the ears with deep cleansing, removing wax and debris build-up which is normally difficult to reach. It is non - invasive and gentle and patients often find the treatment to be a very relaxing experience
Hot Stone Massage $120
Stone therapy massage utilises both hot and cold stones incorporated with massage techniques in order to bring about a feeling of deep relaxation and wellbeing. The hot stones are usually volcanic rocks such as basalt and cold stones are marble or cool sedimentary stones. The stones are heated or chilled to varying temperatures and come in all shapes and sizes. The stones are placed on the client according to their needs and when used with massage, can provide benefits that are not possible through normal massage.
Reiki $50
Reiki is a natural form of healing therapy. It is applied through non -invasive gentle touch. This form of therapy aims to increase energy levels and promote relaxation and wellbeing. Reiki aims to release the bodys energy flow. Practitioners explain this by comparing the bodys energy to a river. Our energy should flow easily down through the body.
Acupuncture 1st Consultation $65 / Ongoing treatments $60
Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the skin or applying various other techniques to the acupuncture points to bring about healing. After a session of acupuncture, the patient normally feels relaxed and refreshed, but specific responses depend on the individual. For instance, some people feel energised, while others feel sleepy.

Essences are used to treat health issues, to enhance clarity, courage, strength and commitment to follow and pursue personal goals and dreams. Some examples: Focus blend for study & exams, nightmares, coughs & eczema, exhaustion, fibromyalgia, depression & PND, anxiety, children's issues, sibling rivalry & jealousy, relationship and family issues. A first consultation would usually take 1 hour. The practitioner will firstly discuss your reason for the visit and assess what outcomes you have in mind. The practitioner will also use some muscle testing to assess what areas require some correction and what essences’ to use.
