MASSAGE - $60 per hour
Massage assists the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It relaxes and tones the muscles preventing injuries, increases circulation and therefore improves the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to all body cells. As well as massage for relaxtion I practice therapeutic massage through the use of deep tissue, cross fibre and ischemic compression. It is via these techniques that muscular disfunction can be corrected.
An added power of healing within massage is the energy that flows between the therapist and client. Your choice of therapist and the synergy that is established, supports the healing processes.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - $60 per hour
The Lymph glands are connected by a broad network of vessels which transport the lymph to the major nodes for filtering and cleansing. The lymphatic system requires muscular movement to transport these fluids as it is not part of the cardiovascular system but feeds into it after cleansing has taken place.
Lymphatic drainage is a gently whole body treatment that relaxes the nervous system and aids the bodies immune system. It is highly recommended for those prone to and recovering from sore throats, colds, ongoing tiredness, fluid retention, low immunity, swollen nods and lso for the physically inactive.
REFLEXOLOGY - $60 per hour
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that corresond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body.
Reflexology aims to:-
Relieve abnormal stress and tension in the body
Improve circulation
Balance the nervous system
Boosts lymphatic function thereby reducing oedema, reducing toxicity and improving immunity
