Jennifer Freeman is Senior Lifestyle Consultant to FutureAge Care. She provides consultatancy and therapeutic activity programs for clients living with dementia and the frail aged within the community and residential aged care. Services include music programs, seated creative dance, reading, creative writing, pastoral care and other activities to enhance cognitive function and help nurture spiritual and emotional health for older people and those living with dementia.
Networking with many allied and creative health professionals in the field, we are also able to refer you to other services of those who can potentially meet your needs for a fulfilling and supported life living with dementia - (in both Sydney and other states of Australia)

SoundTheatre© is a unique and innovative CD of descriptive sound, special effects and portions of music created especially for people with dementia, the very frail elderly and the aged care environment. Gentle descriptive and ambient sounds, blended with music and effects to tell a story, invite a theme, evoke memories and imagination for the listener. Attention has been given to where and how the sounds enter and the compositions are designed not to overwhelm or agitate, but inspire the listener's interest, attention and imagination.
