The Alexander Technique provides you with a wonderful skill to improve the quality of your life in all aspects.
The benefits of the Alexander Technique include the easing of back pain and other aches, improved poise, posture, balance and coordination, reduced stress through freer breathing. The technique can be used to enhance and improve performance in any chosen activity be it sitting, playing music, running marathons etc!
Greg Ford qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher in 1986 and is a member of AUSTAT.
He has had vast experience working with musicians, actors, sports people as well as office workers and people with RSI. He regularly undertakes further training and professional development. He is also an active professional musician, a violist, who has performed for many years with leading ensembles in Australia, including the Australian Chamber Orchestra, The Sydney Symphony and the Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra. He teaches the technique on an individual basis and to small groups.
