WHAT IS MYOTHERAPY?
Myotherapy is a specialized form of muscle massage and stretching that uses deep manual pressure on specific spots on the body to release trigger points. Knots of tension, trigger points usually occur within a taut band of skeletal muscle or in the muscle's fascia (connective tissue encasing the muscle). because these points are painful upon compression, they can "trigger," or cause, pain in other parts of the body.
Myotherapy aims to relax these muscle knots and quickly relieve muscle-related pain.
Myotherapy is the specialized treatment of soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligament and fascia)
If you have soft tissue damage via sports, accidents, occupation or disease myotherapy can deactivate the trigger points. Trigger points can be painful and refer pain to other areas of the body. Excess emotional and physical stresses can create muscle tension which in turn can cause pain and affect mobility.
Myotherapay can aid recovery and decrease muscle soreness, release tension from scar tissues

EAR CANDLING
Candles work on physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
How does it work?
A light suction action (like a chimney effect) and the movement of the flame create a vibration of air in the earcandle, generating a massage like effect on the eardrum. You will feel a pleasant warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, sinuses and forehead. It is soothing for earaches, headaches, ear noise, pressure behind eyes, blocked sinuses, nervousness and stress. You may also experience freer nasal breathing and an improved sense of smell.
The Ear Candling can bring a wonderful relaxation, a deep sense of security and a feeling of happiness.
Candling can take from 15 minutes to 40 minutes to burn.
CUPPING
In this technique, a burning taper is head for a very short period of time inside the cup, before the cup is immediately placed down over the selected area. A vacuum is than created, this anchors the cup to the skin and draws up the skin beneath the cup. The effect of this is to encourage the flow of blood in the area beneath the cup, By this means, local stagnation begins to clear. In some instances the cup is retained in the same position for a considerable time, while in others it is moved over a body part which has been lightly oiled and the applied cup is drawn around with the vacuum intact, this encourages a more generalized movement of blood in the area.
Cupping draws blood to the external capillaries of the body, and as a result minor weals or bruises may be left after treatment.
SUPERFICIAL DRY NEEDLING
Superficial dry needling is the pain relief by needle insertion into tender points referred to as a-shi points or myofascial trigger points (MTrPs). The needle depth into the body immediately over the MTrP site ranges from 5-10mm, just enough to allow the needle to be self standing. The optimum degree of stimulation necessary to deactivate MTrPs will vary between individual clients and therfore must be adjusted to suite each person. This variation is associated with the sensitivity each has to needle stimulation. The needles will be placed on or near MTrPs and left for 5 to 15 minutes.
What you may experience during and after the first session of SDN.
Usually very little sensation if felt with SDN
Sometimes a sharp pin prick sensation may be temporarily felt on insertion.
A feeling of warmth, dullness, a sensation traveling away from the needle or itching may be experienced.
No bleeding is expected, however there may be a drop of blood.
Sometime, a bruise may develop after withdrawing the needle.
A feeling of itchiness or a sensation of the needle still being present may be felt once the needle is removed.
DRY BODY BRUSHING
Dry body brushing is recommended if you are doing a detox. Dry body brushing is a stimulating therapy, it's a great detoxing treatment because it helps rid the skin of dry, dead cells and improves blood and lymph circulation. That means it helps your body dispose of some of the internal toxins being mobilised by your detox program.
