Prenatal Yoga & Pilates
We offer prenatal Yoga classes and prenatal Pilates classes which are designed especially for mums-to-be who work or live in Melbourne city CBD. Safely strengthen and prepare your body for pregnancy and labour (and carrying around a baby - those things weigh a ton!) with specific, gentle Yoga and Pilates postures for pregnancy, taught by qualified, experienced teachers. Clinical Pilates
