Janelle has over 6 years experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist, and over 4 years as a Naturopath. It is a whole body approach that Janelle believes is the best way to gain optimum health. Janelle grew up as a young child in a small country town, and realises the need for alternative therapy services in these areas. This is a driving factor behind this business being established.
Remedial Massage can be used to treat a number of different conditions such as:
lower back pain
sciatica
neck and shoulder tension
muscular aches and pains
postural problems
Naturopathy is used to treat a wide variety of symptoms using Herbs, Nutrition, Flower Essences, Aromatherapy and Homoeopathy. Such problems include:

Children’s Illnesses
Skin Conditions
Weight Loss
Blood sugar problems
Fertility Issues
Thyroid Disorders
Visits to the area are fortnightly on Saturday and Sunday.
