The Carlton Health Group has been operating continuously on Lygon Street for over 25 years. In that time we have managed to attract a very skilled and qualified group of practitioners. A number of our staff have been with the Health Group for over 10 years.

Dr Colin Budich
Colin graduated from RMIT in 1985 and has since worked in four different states of Australia as well as overseas where he worked in a large Health Group in London. He has worked at the Carlton Chiropractic clinic for the past 15 years.
His special interest is in Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) and its use in diagnosing and treating peripheral joint problems as well as spinal dysfunction.
Many people find that their exercise or gym routines are unproductive or even painful and this is often due to the fact that many of their muscles are actually "switched off". This technique allows him to find the reasons why and to switch the muscles on again.
He does a lot of work with athletes to optimize their performance, in terms of strength and speed, as well as dealing with difficult sports injuries.
Colin also fabricates and prescribes Custom foot orthotics to aid in pelvic stabilization and athletic performance.
Dr Greg Hines
Greg is a 2000 graduate of RMIT and works in both the Carlton and Spotswood clinics.
He works with manipulative and soft tissue techniques, utilizing Drop -Piece tables, Activator and S.O.T. Blocking as well as manual manipulation.
Paul Montgomery
Paul is the principal clinical masseur at the Carlton Health Group with over 17 years working full time in various techniques such as body work , Swedish massage and other deep tissue disciplines.
He also has extensive qualifications and experience in Herbal Medicine and uses this to enhance his practice effectiveness.

Erica Michaelson
George Moustakas
Both Erica and George have many years experience with both routine podiatric procedures as well as the qualifications and equipment to perform some of the more intricate minor surgical procedures such as nail surgery.
Both are very skilled at the biomechanical analysis and casting of fully customized orthotics.
Acupuncture/Listen Practitioner
Vera Illievska
Vera has originally trained as an acupuncturist and pursued this as a career for several years after her graduation.
In the last three years she has also become a proficient LISTEN machine practitioner, which can be classified as a form of energy medicine.
Using the system she is able to assess things such as organ system function, toxin levels, and is able to isolate allergens and formulate homeopathic remedies to treat the dysfunction.

Heather Barton
Lisa and Heather have worked both privately and within the public system dealing with counselling , victims of crime assessments, VOCAT and consulting for other Government agencies.
Heather is available for private counselling by appointment.
The Carlton Health Group is also the Carlton Office for the Barrington Psychology Group , who are now based primarily in central Melbourne.
