Massage Therapists
Mary De Pellegrin has been practicing Massage Therapy and Naturopathy for over 15 years. Having graduated in Myotherapy (Remedial Massage Therapy) at RMIT, Mary continued her studies in Applied Science (majoring in Naturopathy) at SSNT (Southern School of Natural Therapist) and combines both Massage and Naturopathy to help improve everyone's quality of life.
Mary uses Massage - Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Stretching to help all manner of muscular problems. Although Mary uses a deep style of massage, she doesn't massage beyond the persons pain tolerance. Mary believes a little discomfort initially may be required to break through the muscle tension, but "Pain" during treatment is not beneficial to the healing process long term.
April Thewlis has been practicing Massage Therapy for 2 years. April offers Remedial and Relaxation Massage and varies her massage style to the individual needs of the person at hand. Her pressure can be as gentle or as deep and powerful as is necessary. April also offers Hot Stone Massage Therapy and Cupping.
