Why I do What I Do
I aim to help you to improve your health and well-being through natural therapies such as naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, massage, reflexology and flower remedies.
Naturopathic consultations take an hour and include a comprehensive history, nail and tongue diagnosis, iridology and blood pressure measurement as well as nutritional status. I also assess the impact that diet, lifestyle, work and stress levels have on your health. I help you understand both the underlying reasons for your ill health and the aims of treatment so you can fulfil your potential for good health and vitality. Sounds good? The body knows how to heal, it just needs the right conditions for it!
Treatment includes herbal medicine, diet and nutrition, flower remedies, homeopathics, exercise and counselling depending on you and what you are trying to achieve.
Rebates are available for massage, reflexology and naturopathy consultations from all major health funds.

I have a special interest helping clients with Stress, Weight and Fertility support.I have studied Stress Physiology and Ageing as part of my Bachelor of Health Science and have an Advanced Certificate of Natural Fertility Management.
