This style of massage stands alone in bringing relief to your physical body or it can be can be married with Breathwork to facilitate release of both the physical body as well as the emotional body- the breath is used and facilitated to plug you into your emotional body.
• Personalised Yoga is tailored to your personalized needs and designed to assist you traverse change and growth more consciously.
• Energy Healing is assisted through assessing and adjusting your etheric field. Color Mandalas may be placed into your etheric body and/ or sent home with you to meditate upon to assist further with creating and maintaining greater consciousness.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Julie has qualifications in level 2 massage, re birthing , basic counselling, color ray and etheric consultancy. ]
She has no formal training in yoga however has explored this tool of consciousness extensively through her daily private practice and married the concepts to her other esoteric studies and intuits how best to adapt yoga into a private bodywork session.
