SERVICES
Remedial Massage.
Remedial massage is the process of identifying dysfunction in muscles or groups of muscles which are causing pain and discomfort, Then massage using a range of treatments including Deep tissue, Trigger point, and Stretching techniques, to produce healing effects to the muscles.

Sport Massage.
Sport massage techniques are used to produce a massage plan for the athlete, different massage techniques are used within various stages of training to cause different results i.e. grater elasticity within the muscle groups during the event would have a different massage process then a post event massage where the elimination of lactic build up and muscle relaxation may be more appropriate.

Relaxation Massage.
Relaxation massage is typically a slow rhythmical massage performed on the whole body, or particular areas of choice. The massage pressure begins light to relax the body by stimulating the skins senses, and then increase in pressure to stimulate the deeper muscles.
The slow flowing techniques are used to encourage blood flow, loosen muscles and reduce pain, which all in turn will reduce stress and tension. The benefits of regular relaxation massage are cumulative particularly for stress, insomnia, and muscle pain.

Aromatherapy Massage.
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to aid therapeutic remedies. Essential oils are natural oils extracted from beneficial plants, fruits, herbs etc. These oils (or combinations of oils) contain varied therapeutic properties which have the ability to enhance and aid recovery from many conditions. Some more known essential oils used daily in Australian households include, eucalyptus, tea tree, pine, lavender, orange etc. Essential oils used in conjunction with relaxation massage can largely increase the benefit of the massage outcome.
