Other Services
For mothers, new and not so new, we teach babyreflex which is a series of specially adapted reflexology techniques designed to help mums relieve conditions such as colic, restlessness, anxiety, poor sleep and others in their babies.
We can teach you these techniques in small groups in a Mothers Group setting or one-to-one as part of a regular reflexology treatment.
General Reflexology
Although specialising in Maternity Reflexology, I also help a wide range of people who aren't pregnant. Reflexology is a gentle therapy but it is also very powerful, helping many conditions. I find that its ability to quickly induce a feeling of deep relaxation helps to reduce stress and anxiety and this is very helpful in any condition where pain is present. Reflexology's ability to restore balance to the body helps many conditions where there is hormonal, digestive, reproductive or circulatory imbalance.
Reflexology is wonderful for healthy people too, allowing you time to de-pressurise and relax deeply in a comforting, supportive modality that is a delight to receive.
