TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE & YOGA to SUPPORT WELL-BEING.

Everyday stress, long hours at a desk and slouching in front of a computer and television are the major key causes of unhealthy and unbalanced patterns in our body/mind and source of structural misalignment. The misalignment creates chronic strain within the soft tissue resulting in aches and pains.

To preserve or restore good health is also important to release old patterns held in the tissues as a result of past injury, illness or trauma – emotional and physical –.

Trough gentle stretches, manipulation and movement awareness in each session there is a release of old patterns and it is possible to bring the head, shoulders, thorax, pelvis and the legs into an improved vertical alignment and allowing space and length into the tissues and spine.

After each treatment there is often a sense of lightness, greater mobility and more energy.One can feel more balanced, aches and pains are reduced and movement feels more fluid.
