Stephen is a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapist.
He has a sports and biology background so has an insider’s understanding of minor sport injuries and training related tenderness and tension. He is also particularly skilled at treating work and/or stress-related tight necks, shoulders and lower backs.
He uses the gentle technique of Positional Release (a variation of Myofascial Release) on tight neck and shoulder muscles to treat tension-related headaches and some migraines.

Stephen’s clients range from 14 year old gymnasts, dancers, and swimmers through to HSC students, pregnant and new moms, Tri-athletes, Iron men and women and Professional Tennis players. His oldest client is a businessman of 83, smallest 40kg, largest 150kg
Some clients want to be treated for their ‘aches and pains’ some just need relief from, jet lag or their daily stress, so they can get a good nights sleep.

$80/hr.
Stephen can also come to your home.$100for the first hour ($80 for massage + $20 traveling and setup), then $80/hr prorated.
More than two hours and the traveling and setup fee is waved.
1.0hr 80+20 = $100
1.5hr 80+40+20= $140
2.0hr 2x80+20 = $180
2.5hr 2.5x80 = $200
3.0hr 3x70 = $240
Couples and groups of friends often book multiple hours and I can split the time between individuals depending on your requirements (ie.3 hours, split 1.5+1+1/2)
