Exercise For Life comprises of a multidisciplinary team which utilises exercise, dietary modification and education to assist clients to prevent and manage a variety of health issues. Staff are experienced in exercise physiology, rehabilitation and work-related injury management.
How It Works
Once you have had an assessment by one of our friendly staff members, you will then be guided through your own programme on our purpose built equipment. You can join for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and visit our wellness centre as often as you like. It’s as simple as that!
Exercise For Life offers specific programmes covering exercise for children, weight management, and more. Other programmes include Living Longer Living Stronger (for over 50s) and Healthy Posture Healthy Life (for office workers). See our next page for details.
