NUTRITION & DIET - Sarita believes that food and nutrition is the fundamental basis for good health. She is able to devise a diet which is specific to the client’s individual needs and prescribes nutritional supplements when dietary intake is inadequate.

FLOWER ESSENCES - Sarita uses the Bach Flower Essences and the Australian Bush Flower essences in her treatments. These essences can help to heal and balance negative thoughts that lead can lead to physical disease.

MASSAGE - Sarita has a deeply relaxing and flowing massage using different techniques to release muscle tension, increase skeletal mobility and stimulate the flow of energy in areas of congestion.
