Whilst doing Reiki treatment along with massage or reflexology if required - i sometimes achieve messages from the client's energy, which i pass on after the healing. These can lead to some intuitive counselling to help the client's well being.
Bach Flower Remedies
At the closure of healings i offer to clients an opportunity to take away a Bach Flower Remedy for themselves. The remedy is picked intuitively from cards and i place together in a dropper bottle for their own personal use.
Crystal Healing
Crystals are applied to the body whilst doing Reiki healing. This gives further energy to the client and is placed on the client's 7 chakras.
Meditation Workshops
These are held monthly on the last Sunday afternoon from 2-5 pm. A speaker is offered each month from different spiritual modalities and meditation / refreshments are offered.

Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray - Key) is a Japanese word representing Universal Life Force Energy, the energy which is all around us. Reiki accelerates the body's natural ability to heal physical ailments and opens the mind and spirit to the causes of disease, disharmony and pain.

Swedish Massage
This is a thoroughly relaxing massage which i apply on the neck, shoulders and back, enabling the client to relax ready for Reiki healing.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of compression massage to the feet. It helpsnature to normalise body functions and is a safe and effective way to better health.

I grew up in the UK and immigrated to Australia in 1987. I first became interested in spirituality in 1993. I qualified as a Beauty Therapist at the Australian College of Beauty Therapists in 1995 and found my niche in massage. I explored my interest in counselling skills completing a course in Transactional Analysis which has provided me with great insight. I discovered Reiki whilst learning Aromatherapy techniques. The discovered benefits of Reiki healing led me to my study completing Reiki 1 & 2 levels. I have since combined Reiki with the Swedish Massage, which gives clients a very relaxing combination and unique experience.
Reflexology is another modality which i have added to my repertoire, which i studied at the Australian College of Aromatherapy in Victoria Park,WA.
Last year i started Meditation Workshops and introduced different speakers to the group. This has created a very nurturing and spiritual group of people. We meet on the last Sunday of every month.
I recently became a Reiki Master and will be starting up Reiki 1 & 2 workshops shortly.
