Kim Amato
Life circumstances resulted in a desire for spiritual knowledge, which lead to many years of in-depth searching, education, and discovery in Vibrational and Spiritual Healing and a career spanning more than thirty years. Kim holds Diplomas in Aromatherapy and Astrology. Her passion is in Astrology and teaching others how they can explore their own inner world and gain insight into and access deeper parts of themselves, allowing for growth in all areas of life. Kim is also qualified in Angel Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Counseling, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Beauty and Spa Therapy, Reiki,Shell Essence and Golden Ray and Higher Consciousness Healing.
Kim is a Director of studied at Breakthrough College, and is accredited with the ATMS and the EHA.
Gavin Hyde
Gavin is a qualified Kinesiologist, NAET Practitioner and Sports and Injury Therapist specializing within the Mind Body medicine field. Gavin has been practicing for more than 10 years, providing leading edge therapies helping patients to achieve their true potential. In addition to his private practice, Gavin also teaches at various locations throughout Sydney. He is a skilled and caring presenter with an understanding and respect for each individual. He is a Director of Studies at Breakthrough College, and he is a faculty member at the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice, a registered Touch for Health Instructor and a former faculty member of the Kinesiology and Energetic Healing Departments at Nature Care College. Gavin is accredited with the ATMS, AKA, TFHIAA and the EHA
Jean Holyoake
Jean has been practicing natural therapies about 8 years and is passionate about making people care for and feel better about themselves. Her interest in wellbeing has led her on a journey of study over the past 10 years. Jean holds a Diploma in Remedial Therapies and a Diploma in Remedial Massage. She is currently studying towards a Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teaching. All of these qualifications are recognised nationally and/or internationally. Satyananda Yoga draws on a number of traditional systems of Yoga, including Hatha, Raja, Karma, Jnana, Mantra and Bhakti yoga. Jean is accredited with ATMS.
Tony Bugeja
Is following a dream 30 odd years in the making, that is to be a Massage Therapist. For the last 5 years he has lived that dream and enjoying the career change.
He has a Diploma in Remedial Massage. His area of focus is Remedial and Sports Therapies. Having volunteered 2 seasons with a local Rugby League Team (learning the trade), now occasionally provides massage service for Julia Russell Massage Services on elite athletes such as:- St. George/Illawarra Dragons, Australian Women’s Cricket Team.

Remedial Massage
Is the systematic scientific manipulation of the soft tissue of the body for a therapeutic or remedial purpose. When muscles and tendons become damaged or impaired, knotted or immobile, remedial massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle, deep and strong. The key benefits of remedial massage include; The stimulation of the blood supply allowing toxins in the muscles to be removed. The calming of the peripheral nervous system to ease pain and discomfort. The toning and relaxation of muscles to improve joint mobility.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the use of pure essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being. Aromatherapy is derived from two words. Aroma- meaning fragrance or smell and Therapy-meaning treatment.. Aromatherapy is a luxurious and holistic treatment which can have a profound effect on the mind, body and emotions.
Energy Psychology
Energy Psychology focuses on the body’s energy systems as they relate to emotions, behaviour and psychological health. It is based on the understanding that every distressing memory, upsetting emotion or limiting thought is associated with a corresponding disturbance in our subtle energy system. These energy systems include the electrical activity of the nervous system, acupuncture meridians, chakras and bio-fields (also called auras). Energy psychology techniques such as Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Kinesiology facilitate the healthy processing of archaic beliefs, emotions and unconscious patterns which “drive” us. By intervening and releasing the blocks in the subtle energy systems and hence addressing the original psychological or physiological disturbance the body can release these old patterns and beliefs and become free to release emotions and change behaviors that may be making you ill or holding you back in some way.

I thought it was time I thanked you for the improvement with my eye sight. I had been prescribed glasses 18 years earlier for reading, watching TV and doing book work. Consequently I soon was wearing glasses all the time .If I tried to do something with out them like grocery shopping I would get a headache. This pattern continued for many years.
Gavin using kinesiology identified varies stress in my life that had contributed to my declining eye sight. Gavin taught me how to stimulate acupressure points that has enabled me to improve my vision. I have not looked back.

There are 4 semesters run which simultaneously with the public school terms.- Semester 1 - Monday 1st February to Thursday 1st April

Energetic Healing Diploma - 2 classes- Weekly day class 900am to 330pm on a Thursday .
- Weekly evening class 630pm to 945pm on a Wednesday and Thursday .
Kinesiology - 3 Classes- Weekly day class running 900am to 300pm on a Wednesday.
- 2 separate Weekend Intensive courses running once per month 900am to 600pm
Yoga- 2 weekly classes on Mondays 10.00am to 1130am and 700pm to 830pm

What is Energetic Healing
Energetic Healing is a term used to describe a method of healing that uses a wide variety of living remedies to balance the bodies subtle energies. Energetic (Vibrational) Healing incorporates the use of Chi energies within living organisms such as plants, gemstones and crystals, water, sunlight, and even the foods we eat. Almost everything we touch and see around us has a living pulse inside of it.
In a living organism, resonance and polarity of energy is believed to regulate cellular arrangement and stability. However, without these influences, a lack of order may occur. In fact, practitioners of vibrational medicine contend that a blockage or other disturbance in energy flow promotes a state of imbalance, which may eventually lead to illness. In addition, the body can be affected on any level, impacting emotional and spiritual health as well as physical health.
Energy vibrations can be introduced or transferred from one, or more, higher resonating bodies to another to promote harmony and balance. This principle is the very essence of vibrational medicine and its use as a healing tool. The paths to rearrange or transfer energy frequencies are represented by the five senses. The tools used to raise or balance vibrational frequency are quite varied and include aromatherapy, sound therapy, color therapy, and working with crystals and gemstones.
Course duration: 8 terms over 2 years.

What is Kinesiology
In the natural health field, kinesiology is seen as the art, science, and philosophy of muscle testing. Here it is a system of health care where muscles become monitors of stress and imbalance within the body. Muscle Testing, the key technique in Kinesiology, in combination with gentle, safe, tactile therapeutic techniques, is used as an effective and versatile tool for detecting and correcting various imbalances in the body which may relate to nutritional lack or excess, clearing of negative emotional stress, relieving pain and structural discomfort, stimulating the integration of muscle groups, and improving mental and physical co-ordination.
Kinesiology is truly holistic and unique. It combines Eastern Medicine Philosophy with Western understanding of anatomy and physiology encompassing all aspects of the human being - the structural, nutritional, psychological and spiritual.
Kinesiology does not treat named diseases directly, it looks beyond the symptoms. Kinesiology is concerned with imbalances in the body’s energy. In this respect Kinesiology has close links with the acupuncture concept of energy flow. It is a synthesis of techniques and skills from ancient Chinese acupuncture, modern chiropractic, osteopathy, nutrition and naturopathy.
Kinesiology is often called muscle balancing or energy balancing - helping the body into a better position to heal itself or reach a specified goal by balancing it’s energies.
Kinesiology is not limited to dealing with ailments. Energy balancing brings a person closer to achieving any goal of their choice - in sport, business, finances, relationships, health, learning or coping with life generally. This energy balancing is at the heart of Kinesiology and allows us to tap into our true potential.
Certificate in Touch For Health (TFH)
The foundations are based on the Touch for Health Synthesis. This program is currently the most recognised form of specialised kinesiology being taught world wide, with over 1 million people being taught in over 60 countries. In fact Australia leads the world in students learning Touch for Health
A fantastic program for anybody who likes to help others, as well existing professional health practitioners who would like to add to their current skill base.

Certificate in Basic Kinesiology Practise (BKP)
The Basic Kinesiology Program (BKP) enables students to learn a professional practitioner level training program, that is currently being taught in over 16 countries world wide in 40 affiliated colleges and has been translated into 8 languages. This programs has its foundations in the Touch for Health Synthesis and expands into BKP .
Combining these two forms of specialised kinesiology programs together allows students to gain the confidence to become competent practitioners. Additionally these skills, training and qualifications are recognised Internationally.
The above two programs combined form the basis of the kinesiology training modules for the
Diploma in Kinesiology
The Diploma in Kinesiology has it foundations in the Certificate IV which combines TFH and BKP. Here you will gain further understanding of the fascinating world of Kinesiology. The Diploma expands and contains advanced units from Returning Home Series of Kinesiology, Touch for Health and BKP, as well Brain gym.
In fact on completion of your studies students will be confident and competent practitioners, you will be accredited to teach work shops and courses in the community.
Course Duration: 8 terms over 2 years part time

Qualifications: Graduates receive a Diploma of Kinesiology, Certificate IV in Kinesiology, an International Certificate in BKP (recognised in 20 countries), and an International Certificate in TFH (recognised in over 100 countries), Brain Gym Instructor certificate. You will also be ellegiable to register as a Kinesiologist, purchase insurance for your practice and provide rebates to clients covered by private health insurance.
Who Recognises my Qualifications: Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA), The Australian Institute of Kinesiology (AIK), The International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP), The International Kinesiology College (IKC), The Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and selected private health funds.
Year 1 of the diploma of kinesiology qualifies students for the Kinesiology components of the certificate IV in Kinesiology.
In affiliation with the Kinesiology Academy Students will be required to complete additional health training modules as required by the Kinesiology Academy for completion of their Certificate IV and Diploma of Kinesiology These modules are distance education modules and can be completed in your own time.
There is an additional fee required to be paid to the Kinesiology Academy for this service.
