Enjoy a peaceful relaxed meditation with beautiful music that will bring peace, healing and relaxation for your mind, body and spirit. Techniques taught include: relaxing the body, healing meditations, grounding techniques, learning to still the mind to hear your inner guidance, chakra balancing, silent mantras, heart centred meditation, guided meditation.

Services
Reiki $65 (1 hour)
Reiki connects you with the Universal life force energy, bringing relaxation, peace, healing and restoring your mind, body and spirit to balance and harmony. A Reiki healing session is a deeply relaxing, peaceful and nurturing experience. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions which cover the whole body. The energy then flows from the practitioner's hands to the client's body and removes the blockages that are causing the illness. The whole person is treated as well as specific symptoms. There is no manipulation, massage or any other manual therapy performed on the client. A full treatment usually takes about 1 hour, with each position held for several minutes.
Theta healing $75 (1 hour)
Theta healing is a truly amazing life shifting process that can quickly and easily remove those underlying emotional issues, unconscious blocks, negative patterns and beliefs that are causing problems in your life.
