Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness - Become a fitness leader or personal instructor in 8 weeks. Train with the best instructors in Melbourne and start a career in the fitness industry. Graduates work in gyms, leisure centres and community health centres and conduct fitness assessments, design exercise programs and instruct clients in exercises. Small class sizes and fully computerized notes. Gym practical experience and first aid training is included in the course.
First Aid training courses held at Bentleigh East training rooms or on site at your premises. Level 1 is a basic one day course. Level two is advanced and meets work cover standards. This is a two day course - one day can be studied online or attend both days for face to face instruction. Sports first aid, oxygen therapy, defibrillation and CPR courses are available.
