Traditional Thai Massage
Also known as "lazy mans yoga". A more energising and rigorous massage than the more classic forms of massage. Yoga like stretches, muscle compression, joint mobilisation, and acupressure are used during treatment. A great massage to receive before or after sports or exercise!

Therapeutic Massage
This massage incorporates relaxation and deep tissue techniques. Great for the relief of muscular pain, tension, stress, physical fatigue; improves circulation and increases flexibility in the joints. It promotes good health and good spirit. Pressure is tailored to your liking.

Aromatherapy Massage
Massage with the use of essential oils to enhance the treatment. It can be therapeutic or relaxation. The essential oils work on the mind, body and emotions. They can affect the heart rate, stress levels, blood pressure, breathing, memory, digestion, the immune system and muscle tension. The oils chosen will compliment your needs on the day and the pressure will be tailored to your liking.

Holistic Massage
A deeply relaxing massage incorporating Reiki and Polarity energy balancing. When the body is allowed to relax it can begin to heal itself. Holistic massage can help on many levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Chair Massage
Great for back, shoulders, neck and head. A fully clothed massage and great to receive at the end of the working day.

This is a fully clothed, seated treatment working on the upper back, arms, neck, scalp and face to ease tension and strain. It incorporates marma point stimulation and chakra energy balancing. A deeply relaxing treatment - uplifting and healing.

The foot is a reflex area for organs, glands and other parts of the body. By applying pressure to these reflex zones the flow of energy is improved to the corresponding areas of the body thus assisting with the body’s ability to heal itself. Very relaxing!

Indian Relaxation Ceremony - calms the mind - soothes the head and ears.
This will aid removal of excessive ear wax. It may also help to relieve pressure after flying, deep sea diving or whenever an imbalance of pressure has occurred. i.e. caused by altitude, the consequences of cold, headphones, telephones etc.
