I enjoy facilitating the space for this self exploration to occur so the nub of the issue can be fully brought to light, that is, into the conscious mind. I believe when this occurs true healing takes place. This is because the energetic patterns (that enslaved you to a reality that limited you) are released. This is extremely freeing and changes your REALITY paradigm forever thus enabling QUANTUM healing to occur.
Getting to the cause of an issue is often a journey so a number of appointments is to your benefit. As you are a unique individual so too is your journey and I have a number of modalities that I use to help me facilitate the right environment for you to unfold. Every session evolves according to where you are in your journey and is therefore unique and different in its experience. Sessions with me are approximately 2 hours in duration (can be longer on the first appointment). [I have found this time to be the optimum time to help you gain greater awareness of who you are and what your life is about thus assisting you to move forward rather than around in circles].
All in all it is a beautiful journey of self-discovery. Along the way you gain self-mastery bringing a greater sense of peace, harmony, vitality, and wellbeing. At times you may find the going tuff but I have a wonderful bag of tools to help you through those times and the rewards are always great.
