Julia is an Art Therapist with over 15 years experience, offering short and long term therapy for individuals, couples, adolescents and children.
SERVICES
I have extensive training in Art Pychodynamic Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Practise and Non-Violent Communication. I use an eclectic approach to suit your needs.
Currently I am working in Private Practise providing Art Therapy to a wide range of people from students to professionals. I am working with artists to unblock anxiety, i am working with students to enrich their learning, I am also working with professionals to address burn out, career fatigue and career path choices.
I have worked in Detoxification Units, Rehabilitation Programs, Sexual Assault and Housing services, as well as community centres, as an Art Therapist, group facilitator, clinical supervisor, and Art Therapist consultant.

I have seen amazing results working with: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, work place bullying and harrassment, career changes, spirituality, identity, trauma, relationships, and grief & loss.
