Gentle, effective and clinically proven in medical trials (in Scotland, Ireland, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Russia), the Buteyko Breathing Method is a breathing program that can assist with providing relief from the symptoms of respiratory related disorders.
The program is suitable for children from 5 years of age and adults of any age and can be applied to the following conditions:
Asthma, Emphysema, Eczema, Snoring, Sleep Apnoea, Breathlessness, Respiratory allergies (Sinus, Sneezing, Itchy eyes/ throat), Hyperventilation?
The Buteyko Breathing Method is taught over 5 consecutive sessions, each session consisting of 90 to 120 minutes, followed by 12 months of unlimited (at no further cost) access to refresher courses and regular contact with the practitioner to resolve any concerns.
Some clients have reported a significant improvement within the first 24 -36 hours in their symptoms.
Children's workshops commence at 4:00pm and run for 1.5 hrs. Adult programs commence at 6:30 and run for 2 hours. Daytime and School holiday programs are also available.
