Naturopathic consultations
In addtion to her programs Catherine offers traditional style Naturopathic consultations. If you are not sure right off the bat what you want to improve in your health, then these consultations can be the way to go.
Catherine offers two kinds of consultations: A General one hour consultation and a longer comprehensive consultation.
General Naturopathic consultations
A General consultation is for those who want an overview of their health with recommendations to improve their health in just an hour. After a thorough health assessment Catherine will design a personalised program that addresses the causes behind your health concerns. Simple dietary changes and where appropriate herbs, vitamins and minerals will be selected to ensure your health, energy and wellbeing flourish.

Comprehensive Naturopathic consultations
A Comprehensive Consultation goes for a little longer, an hour and a half for those that want a closer look at their current health status. This consultation includes everything in the general consultation as well as Live Blood Analysis.
Cellular Health Analysis
You know your age, but is the age of your body older or younger that you! As seen on A Current Affair, this amazing technology assesses your body fat and muscle mass, cellular health and energy as well as the age of your body! If you age is a little older, don't worry! See the age of your body get younger as you participate in Catherine's Naturopathic programs.
A Cellular Health test is included in all Naturopathic consultations and programs.
Live Blood Analysis
See the health of your blood during your consultation! Your blood will be displayed on a monitor so that you can see the quality of your red and white blood cells for yourself! Using just a drop of your blood, Catherine can use this amazing screening tool to look for nutrient deficencies and immune system dysfunction.
Live Blood Analysis is included as part of Catherine's Comprehensive Naturopathic consultations as well as part of her Natural Fertility program.
