Amytis Gardens Day Spa Mission Statement

Location
Located on the idyllic Sunshine Coast, close to bustling Maroochydore, however only 10 minutes drive to peace and tranquillity, offering seclusion that only nature can. The moment you incline up the elongated driveway, you know that the destination is something special. As you wind your way beneath the trees, the cares and the stresses of the day dissolve to be replaced by sense of relaxation and harmony. Nestled 500 metres on top of Kiels Mountain, amongst natural bushland, lay Amytis Gardens.

Hawaiian Ka Huna
A beautiful form of bodywork unique in providing a holistic approach to
healing by balancing the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual
dimensions. Your practitioner uses their hands, forearms and elbows and
moves around the table working with energy while applying soft and deep tissue
massage.
Heartworks Lomi Lomi:
An ancient massage style which opens the heart using hands, breathing, rhythm
and energy flow, to let go of the old and embrace the new.
Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage

Lomi Lomi Hot Stones are used to help soften and heal sore damaged muscles,
tendons and ligaments. This combined effort leaves you relaxed, and with a

Ultimate treatment combines Ginger & Lime salt exfoliation and outdoor rain

Hawaiian Ka Huna with your personal blend of Essentials Oils.
Chi Nei Tsang (50 min) - $155
Chi Nei Tsang(Healing from within) is an ancient form of internal organs
massage used in China thousands of years ago by Taoist monks to strengthen
and purify their bodies. It uses massage, breathwork and chi kung principles to
cleanse and purify the internal abdominal organs of built-up physical toxins and
emotional charges. Although it is a physical treatment, it addresses and affects
all levels of a person’s health - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
Mother to Be (80 mins) - $140
A nurturing treatment for expectant mothers. Soothe tired feet with our soak
and exfoliation followed by a tension releasing massage along the legs, upper
and lower back on the comfort of our special pregnancy bed. Complete the
journey with a face, neck and scalp massage to celebrate this wonderful time in
your life.
Recommendation: Fortnightly treatment during the 1st and 2nd trimester and
once per week for the 3rd trimester.
