Learn Bowen Therapy: I am an Accredited Bowen Therapy Instructor, conducting two learning courses per year.
The course is structurred for 'lay' people up to qualified thrapists. There are seven modules in which the participant is able to gain good knowledge of the human body and the application of Bowen Therapy to alleviate pain/discomfort and a vast range of symptoms experienced by people.
Tom Bowen, was able to 'read' the body and therefore able to rectify pain areas with simple moves that release imbalance. Bowen Therapy is a tactile (hands on) therapy done gently in specific locations to bring about considerable relaxation and therefore relief.
