HERBAL MEDICINE
Herbal Medicine is the use of plant materials by a trained practitioner to support the healing process, promote the vital force, and bring balance to the body.
It is the oldest system of medicine, practised for many centuries and has been successful in treating a wide variety of ailments including long term chronic conditions.
It is a safe, gentle form of therapy and is suitable for babies and children, adults and the elderly.
*Your Herbal consultation includes a thorough health history, discussing your past and present health challanges and a health plan prepared to help guide you to better health.
A Herbal formulation will be prepared to address your individual needs, and nutritional supplements, tissue salts, flower essences, or Homeopathics recommended as required.

IRIDOLOGY
Iridology is the art of detecting health imbalances by looking for particular indications in the iris of the eye. By studying the iris and noting colour changes, markings and fibre density the practitioner is able to gain insight into which body systems are under stress and thus be able to develop a more comprehensive treatment plan.
It is a complementary form of health analysis used to help support information gathered from the case history of the client.
TISSUE SALTS.
The Human body contains 12 vital mineral tissue salts and a proper balance is necessary for normal cell function and maintenance of health. When there is an imbalance this can lead to a disease state.
Dr Schuessler, who identified these tissue salts early in the 19th centuary, found that the most effective way to re establish a balance of the tissue salts was by a homeopathically prepared microdose, taken under the tongue, which passes rapidly into the blood stream and into our cells.
BACH FLOWERS
Bach flower remedies are homeopathically prepared flower based remedies developed by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930's. They work by stimulating the bodies own capacity to heal itself, by balancing the emotional state of the individual, to restore balance and harmony.
HOMEOPATHY
Homeopathy is based on the use of minute highly dilute plant, mineral and animal substances, It is based on the law of similars, "that which can cause disease in a large dose can cure it in a minute dose."
It restores health by acting as a catalyst and stimulating the bodies own natural healing abilities.
