Pregnancy Massage
At every stage of the pregnancy there are physical, emotional and mental changes, and every stage needs support. Jade treats women during every trimester and uses the appropriate oils that are safe and supportive for both mum and little one.
Remedial Massage
Not quite as deep as a sports therapy massage but packs a a little more punch than a gentle Swedish massage this treatment is perfect for those who have aches and pains with a fair load of stress to boot! A generous amount of pressure ensures those knots are eliminated and you can get on with your day stress free.
Swedish Massage
We don't always feel like like anything too deep, but the thought of gentle therapeutic touch with warm aromatic oils feels exactly like what the doctor ordered! Swedish massage involves long gentle strokes to increase circulation, stimulate the lymphatic drainage and soothe our nerves to a point of pure bliss.
Traditional Japanese Reiki
Jade is a qualified Japanese Reiki Teacher and is passionate about introducing Reiki into peoples lives. This gentle hands on healing technique safely transmits universal life force energy (ki) from the practitioners hands into the recipient who then allows the energy to travel where it is needed. The effects are wonderful for either stress management and relaxation, or for treating specific ailments. Wonderful for kids and pets too!
