Connie is a fully qualified massage therapist with 17 years experience in remedial/holistic body work, she has been teaching yoga in the Satyananda tradition for 7 years.

I have extensive training and experience from my work and studies in Europe, USA and Australia in a wide range of holistic bodywork, remedial massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. I teach yoga in the Satyananda Tradition.

CORPORATE OR WORKPLACE STRESS BUSTING MASSAGE
I have a special adjustable chair which allows the client to be massaged
while seated and fully clothed.
Using pressure techniques and trigger point therapy which is very effective in releasing tension from head, heck, shoulders, back and arms. .
The therapy session is only 15 minutes but feels longer
Cost is $20 per person with a minimum of 8 people, ie. 2 hours work
Ideal for a busy workplace and really boosts morale among staff

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher. I teach Hatha Yoga in the Satyananda tradition and have studied in India as well as the Mangrove Academy in NSW
