The Melbourne Meditation Centre runs regular meditation courses and workshops in convenient locations around Melbourne (and Online).

    QUALIFICATION DETAILS
    Director of Melbourne Meditation Centre, Matthew Young has studied and practiced a wide variety of meditation techniques and traditions, both eastern and western, ancient and modern. He studied with Eric Harrison, who has taught over 25,000 people to meditate and is one of Australia's most experienced meditation teachers. Matthew is continually developing new and innovative techniques to make meditation simpler and easier to integrate into the busy and frequently stressful lives many of us lead.
