I offer a wonderfully relaxing Swedish massage or a firm Remedial massage to address those tight and knotty muscles. Massage can go a long way to helping prevent more serious injuries and complaints resulting from chronic muscle tension.
Holistic Pulsing
I practice and teach Holistic Pulsing - which is a very gentle rocking massage that does not involve the removal of clothing or use of oils. It is excellent for those who have body or emotional issues to deal with or for those who are very fragile, do not like massage much or simply want some nurturing touch.
The entire body is gently rocked at the rate of a foetal heartbeat (approx 120 times/minute). This continuous rhythm helps to loosen and lubricate joints, relax muscles and soothe the nervous system - a highly effective way to relax!
Holistic Pulsing works quickly to produce a balancing effect and can be calming or energising. Many people report significant changes in the way they feel after only a few sessions.

Energy Healing
Our bodies are not just biological machines. We have an energy field through and around our bodies, known in other cultures as prana or chi. Imbalances may be felt as cold/hot or tingly areas and may correspond to or even precede physical problems and/or emotional issues. The conscious direction of energy by a practitioner can rebalance the entire energy field.
I have trained in Reiki-Seichem, Therapeutic Touch and Intuitive Energy Healing and endevour to work in a holistic manner. If you would like to use bodywork as a personal growth tool, I can combine massage, holistic pulsing, energy healing and counselling techniques to enable you to further your self-exploration and improve your overall well-being.
Honey Facial & Massage
Ever tried a Honey Facial? I use pure organic Manuka honey with a warm compress. It is both a gentle facial exfoliant and moisturiser. This is incorporated as part of a very soothing head, neck and scalp massage with facial acupressure.
My Background
I have been interested in the BodyMindSpirit connection for most of my life and have spent over a decade exploring aspects of this connection as expressed in Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Aikido, Bioenergetics, Therapeutic Touch, Reiki-Seichem as well as Holistic Pulsing and Massage.
I lived in a spiritual community for fours years in a bushland setting, providing a healing retreat space for residents, travellers and visitors.
I have trained with the original developer of Holistic Pulsing, Tovi Browning and with Sally McKern, the current Director of the Australian School of Holistic Pulsing. I have also trained in Intuitive Bodywork with Alison Carroll in her 'Massage Mastery' workshop series.
I am passionate about helping people to connect with their own bodies and feelings in a way that enhances their self-understanding and acceptance.
As well as working in my own practice, I also currently provide massage and beauty treatments at Bod Natural Therapies, Leura (Bod fees apply).

Please Note: Mobile treatments are currently available from Hazelbrook to Leura on some days. A call-out fee of $20 is applicable and two hours minimum treatments are required for a booking. Mobile rates are as above plus $10 per hour of treatment.
Sessions of 1¼ hours are recommended, especially for your first session, in order to give you a full hour of treatment time.
