YOGA & MASSAGE
Give yourself an hour and half each week as a reward for the time and energy you give to everyone else.
YOGA
Beneficial to our whole being - our Body, Mind and Spirit - so each Yoga class incorporates stretching, breathing, strengthening, balancing , posture awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation. My classes are taught in a traditional Hatha yoga style. I have blocks and straps available to assist you to ease into your stretches.
My yoga classes are suitable for most people no matter your age or fitness level. Pregnant Mums are welcome to my classes. Your first yoga class is FREE so you can decide if it is what you are looking for. Call to book or to have a chat about its suitability for you personally.
School children accompanied by an adult are FREE.

YOGA classes are of one and a half hours duration. The class incorporates stretching, breathing, strengthening, balancing, posture awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation.

If you miss a class you are able to make up the class at another time and at any venue. You can start classes any time during the term. The fee is adjusted accordingly. You must book to secure a place.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE
A theraputic treatment that enhances your sense of health and well-being.
I am WORK COVER accredited. I am qualified in Remedial Massage and use Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy as part of your treatment. I have also trained in Pregnancy massage and can offer advice on Pelvic Floor exercise and posture for a comfortable pregnancy.
The therapeutic benefits of Remedial Massage include refined muscular function, improved circulation and metabolism, increased range of motion for joints and reduction of pain and discomfort.
Massage assists in the recovery of soft tissue from injury, in reducing fatigue and in maintaining good posture. The experience of deep relaxation helps to reduce the stress and tension of daily life.
So if you are suffering from muscular aches and pains, neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, headaches, stress and anxiety, if you are overworked, pregnant or have fluid retention you may benefit from Massage Therapy.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY and PNF stretching
are used as part of your treatment and I support your treatment with a home stretching program.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
helps maintains flexibility in muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. Helps to alleviate stress on weight bearing joints. Improves blood flow to all areas. Reduces neck and back pain. Increases lymphatic circulation, reducing oedema and fatigue. I can offer advice on Pelvic Floor exercise breathing and posture for a comfortable pregnancy.
SWEDISH MASSAGEis a general form of soft tissue and muscle manipulation, ideal for relaxation and stress relief.
REIKI
can be given in conjunction with your treatment or you can enjoy a full body Reiki. Reiki is the science and art of activating, directing and applying natural, universal life energy, to promote energy balancing, healing and wholeness.

COST
$65 for an hours treatment, $50 for 40 mins and $100 for 90 mins. I have provider numbers with all health funds.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I have been practising Yoga since I was 15 years old and constantly for the last 19 years. For 12 years I attended weekly classes with Nancy Beckham. In 2001 I studied with Swami Sarasvati to gain my Yoga Teacher qualification.
In 2001 I studied with Endeavour College of Natural Therapies and Southern Cross Herbal School. This was the beginning of my practise of Remedial Massage. I continue my study in the Massage modalities to address the needs of my clients and to enhanse the skills I can offer for the well being of my clients. I now offer Pregnancy Massage and its many benefits for Mother and Baby. I am WORK COVER accredited
