Welcome to Body & Breath Yoga and Massage Centre

Helping people to manage stress and resolve physical tension, inspirinng healthy lifestyle changes to bring more balance, energy and peace into daily life.



Mum & Baby Yoga

Our class are relaxed and supportive, mums can feel free to care for their babies needs at anytime. We consistently interact with our babies, providing entertainment and bonding. The exercises will help you regain your body after birth, you will feel energized and relaxed after our classes.

We recommend starting these classes from:

  • 6 weeks after a natural birth
  • 8 - 12 weeks after a ceasarean delivery
  • continuing until the baby is actively crawling



    Pregnancy Yoga

    At the Body & Breath Yoga Centre we offer a unique program, designed by an experienced yoga teacher and a home birth midwife. we teach a gentle sequence of movements and stretches, helping to release tension, tone and strengthen the body.Women learn how to surrender and soften into these exercises with deep inward focus on the breath. Classes are then finished with a deep guided relaxation. Women gain confidence and feel physically and mentally prepared for a natural birth.
